Treasury Analyst (131881)

Qualifications- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Relevant work experience in treasury/cash management or banking
- Excellent communication (English proficiency written and verbal)
- Analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ERP system (SAP)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Hands on
- Team player
- Ensure accurate bank accounts administration & banking systems set up
- Cash management support responsibilities including estimates (cash forecast short and long term), daily net cash position, simulation (sensitives) and analysis
- Liaison with banks and foreign exchange broker Support on evaluation of new banking products and services
- Foreign Exchange Currency transactions & FX compliance reports (CBE, DEREX, Censo Bacen, Siscoserv, etc.)
- Execute Investments & Intercompany transactions, including Loans;
- Prepare Manual payments entrances
- Bank reconciliation
- Support on Standby Letters of Credit and Bank
- Guarantees requirements
- Perform Treasury KPI and SOX controls
- Streamline and automate tasks and enhancement of system / processes
- Cooperate with Accounts Payable, Accounts
- Receivable & Accounting teams & tasks
- Prepare Finance Reports for Management purposes
