Qualifications- Three years’ experience in Land Administration and able to perform at a high level with supervision and training

- Maintain ownership in SAP/PRA (Production & Revenue Accounting) through ownership transfers, corrections and suspense changes
- Communicate and resolve with owners on title issues and questions, originating from Owner Relations
- Request title curative/conveyance documents from owners
- Quality check Divisions of Interest set up in SAP/PRA
- Set up estimate decks in SAP/PRA
- Research deductions corrections and update SAP/PRA accordingly
- Research voided checks and funds transfer’s problems and correct issues
- Cross reference and send documents to scanners for input into Documentum
- Back up Division Order Process Assistants Request new vendor numbers for transfers and maintenance
- Request Ventures for DOI requests
- Work with Division Order Process Assistant
