Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Division Orders
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor Degree preferred

Job description
  • Associate should be able to perform at a high level with supervision and training
  • Maintain ownership through transfers, corrections, money transfers and suspense changes
  • Build transfers and funds transfers in SAP. Approve and monitor transfers for accuracy
  • Communicate with owners on title issues and questions
  • Request title curative/conveyance documents from owners
  • Research deductions corrections and update SAP accordingly
  • Research voided checks and funds transfer’s problems and correct issues
  • Research JE report to find and correct trapped funds issues
  • Cross reference and send documents to scanners for input into Documentum
  • Train Division Order Assistants or Division Order Process Assistants
  • Back up Division Order Assistants and Division Order Process Assistants
  • Request new vendor numbers for transfers and maintenance
  • Link leases in PRA when available
  • Verify accuracy of information
  • Handle special projects as directed
  • Monitor suspense ledger, research suspended owners and release funds to owners when appropriate. Also work to keep money from being suspended by solving title requirements
  • Participate in the escheat process by researching owners and answering question for the escheat processor.
